    How do you get into that position do you just sit down when you guys are standing or do you have them in guard and have them stand while you sit how do you get them to stand while you sit?

      Either of those could work - but any time you are in seated guard and they take torreando grips.

    Je fais exactement la même chose que toi ! Mais lorsque je renverse et que je lance le passage je me retrouve bloquer car mon adversaire rend ses bras en m’empêchant de lui mettre la pression donc il me pousse et recompose avec ses jambes

    Could you possible make a video on modified X retention after they drop your foot on the hip? We covered something like this in class but hard to find resources on line for it for review ☺️

    That technique section was gold, I've been struggling with people standing in half guard so I'm in a sort of reverse DLR and then I get knee cut. I've also been wanting to get better at worm guard entries and this has given me 1 thing to work on that solves 2 of my problems!
